Sebring Motor Garages (SMG) is thrilled to partner with Sebring International Raceway as its Luxury Motor Condominium and Townhome Partner. The partnership will provide a distinct choice of motor garage condos, townhomes, and storage facilities for racers, fans, and visitors, all located near the track.

Sebring Motor Garages is a leading business in the Sebring area, situated on a secure 15-acre property less than a mile south of Sebring International Raceway on Highway 98. Currently in Phase 3, its anticipated opening is set for the summer of 2024. The development will include 157 climate-controlled, race-themed motor garage condos, each with a bathroom, shower, three-phase electricity, and a mezzanine for overnight stays. These condos are either move-in ready or customizable, available in widths of 25, 30, or 60 feet, all with a depth of 55 feet. They feature 14-foot overhead doors and optional mezzanine heights of 10 or 14 feet for large vehicles, motorhomes, and lifts. The community will include a 3,000-square-foot clubhouse with a heated pool, an indoor/outdoor bar, a simulator room, a conference room, a 24/7 package room, and full-time concierge services. Planned events for both members and the public will cultivate social connections and networking opportunities for all.

Next to the motor garage complex, a six-acre community will also host 24 townhomes. Each townhouse includes an 1,800-square-foot climate-controlled garage with a 14-foot overhead door. A private elevator leads to a spacious second-floor living area with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Moreover, a rooftop entertainment space for gatherings and barbecues will total over 4,000 square feet. Construction of the townhomes has commenced, with reservations now open and completion projected by year-end.
